Almost everyone needs a car.....

Let's face it everybody has to have a way to get around...Not everyone has access to public transportation or a friend or relative to give you a lift from time to time. Gotta get from point A to B some how.

I've scoured the web in search of legitimate ways to for those who've fallen on hard times to get some wheels..The list is short but, it's a jumping off point..I'm going to continue my research and hopefully in the near future I'll have more to add..
